I'm a software engineering enthusiast who believes the best products come from the best teams.
Over the past 8 years at Mamikos, I've grown from Lead Front-End Engineer to Senior Engineering Manager, always keeping people at the center. I'm a big fan of working from anywhere, and I actively support tech communities through mentorship and knowledge sharing.
Three pillars guide everything I do as an Engineering Manager: People, Product, and Process. These aren't just principles. They're the framework I use to build teams that ship great products sustainably.

My pillars - How I approach engineering leadership.
Three principles I come back to, no matter the challenge.
- People. Teams are made of humans first, engineers second. I invest in 1-on-1s, growth plans, and creating psychological safety so everyone can do their best work.
- Product. Engineering exists to serve the product and the user. I bridge technical decisions with business goals, balancing velocity and quality.
- Process. Predictable, lightweight processes reduce cognitive load and scale with the team. I build rituals and systems that get out of the way.
